PRoviding Sessions in-person and Telehealth
providing services by telehealth allows us to serve Rural Minnesota
Our Approach to Care:
I take an in-depth, compassionate approach to help clients understand their inner world. We will move at your pace, identifying the root causes of distress rather than just treating the symptoms, so you can build resilience and find genuine healing.
We specialize in supporting clients through:
Trauma & Stress: Unpacking PTSD, complex trauma, and acute stress. Actively adding tools like EMDR into the toolkit.
Grief & Loss: Navigating bereavement, ambiguous loss, and major life transitions. This could be the loss of a friend, child, or even a dream or physical ability.
Addiction & Recovery: Supporting sustainable sobriety, harm reduction, and healing for affected loved ones.
Mood & Emotional Regulation: Finding stability and relief from depression, chronic anxiety, and overwhelming emotions.
Identity & Relationships: Cultivating self-worth and working through deep-seated interpersonal challenges allowing you to show up as a better parent, spouse, or friend.
Insurance & Investment in Your Care
At Foundry Mental Health, we believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most critical factor in your care. Because many insurance plans carry high deductibles, clients often find themselves paying out-of-pocket for counseling services regardless of network status. Choosing an out-of-network provider gives you the freedom to work with someone who is truly the best fit for your unique needs, rather than being limited by insurance mandates.
We do not currently accept insurance and are considered an out-of-network provider. Payment is due on the day of your appointment, and we will provide you with a detailed, itemized receipt (a superbill) that you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
We highly recommend contacting your insurance provider prior to our first session to request written details about your specific out-of-network mental health benefits.
Investment & Transparent Pricing
At Foundry Mental Health, clear and honest communication starts before our first session. Choosing to invest in your mental health is a significant commitment, and you deserve complete clarity about what care costs—no surprise bills, insurance hurdles, or hidden fees.
Fee Schedule
$120 / 50-Minute Standard Session Our standard rate for individual therapy utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and specialized clinical care.
$80 / 50-Minute Mission Rate (Veterans & First Responders) A dedicated rate for active military, military veterans, law enforcement, firefighters, EMS, and frontline first responders as part of our core mission to support those who serve our communities.
Why a Private-Pay Model?
Operating as a direct cash-pay practice allows us to keep your care strictly between you and your clinician—not an insurance company.
Complete Confidentiality: Insurance providers require a formal mental health diagnosis on your permanent medical record and often dictate how many sessions you are allowed. Private pay keeps your health information completely confidential.
Unrestricted, Person-Centered Care: Therapy is tailored entirely to your goals and pace without waiting for third-party authorizations or rigid treatment mandates.
High-Quality Focus: Private pay allows for smaller overall caseloads, ensuring your therapist has the bandwidth, supervision, and ongoing training needed to deliver focused, high-impact care.
Licensure & Supervision Disclosure:
Services are provided by Hunter Campbell, MSW, LGSW. As a Licensed Graduate Social Worker in Minnesota, clinical practice is conducted under ongoing board-approved clinical supervision.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing detailing the expected cost of non-emergency medical and mental health care prior to your first session. POLICY & FEE AGREEMENT
